Cornell Claims Georgia (USA) counties

Cornell is claiming the rest of the Georgia counties not currently being
georeferenced by MVZ (so all of GA, USA except  Brooks, Burke, Camden,
Decatur, Fulton, Grady, McIntosh, Rabun, & Thomas Co.s).

This constitutes a total of 8382 localities to be georeferenced.

Also, For Cornell and all institutions starting to georeference, remember
not to do any of MVZ's localities, as these were already finished during
MaNIS, they just didn't make it into the gazetteer at the time it went up.
