that's nadcon not nadcom

HerpNET:  My first message was apparently lost in a power failure, so the
second doesn't make much sense.  I originally said that if the downloaded
GNIS data set is used then the date of the download should be recorded in
the lat/long comments.  Also thanks to Kristina for finding the change.

For those of us with preconversion lat/longs, a converter can be found by
searching for nadcon or go to:
http://www.ngs.noaa.gov/TOOLS/Nadcon/Nadcon.html.
