I am an invertebrate taxonomist and have been employing traditional
methods in identifying the organisms i.e. a compound microscope and
camera lucida to illustrate the specimens.
Can someone help me to move into the 21st Century. I would like to
transfer what I see under the microscope into a computer and subsequently
manipulating the image (e.g. enlarging certain characters of a specimen).
Does such a technology exists?
Do give you an idea how 'backward' I am, I do not even know what is
INTKEY. Could someone enlighten me on this subject and how I could get
access to it if I find it may be useful to me.
Thank you so much for your patience.
