UNIDROIT implications? Stolen specimens

Hi from Prague, the heart of Europe

I have feeling that 99% all collections of insects could be qualified by some
bureaucrats as a stolen property, if you do not have recent certified paper by
local government for each specimen . Especially specimens collected in colonial
time "are stolen".
