Those interested in the ongoing discussion regarding on-line publication
and storage of taxonomic information might also benefit from examining

It contains some insight to how TCP/IP is altering mechanisms to manage
information and documentation from a broad perspective.  Many of the
issues we have grappled with for taxonomic information surface in this
