Re:  Thanks mucho for the concern.  The cannons are shifting about on the
rolling deck, but all are sufficiently secure that none will go overboard.
As the multitude of additional considerations settle into a stable pattern,
which is happening, the six TWIG protocols will take their appropriate
places at web sites.
