Hello everybody,
A colleague of mine is writing a book and has asked me to help him to
answer certain questions about biological authors and collectors. Now I
wonder if anybody of you could help me with the following questions:

pollination and seed contamination in maize (corn).
When was he born?
When did he die?

Charles Robertson, Illinois, active 1880-1920.
When was he born?
When did he die?
Does anybody know of a photo (or other portrait illustration)?

Willem Bosman, Dutch merchant/geographer who described in detail the Guinea
coast of Africa. He published in 1704.
He was born in 1672.
When did he die?

Dora Ilse, worked with sensory physiology, esp. on butterflies.
She was born in 1898.
When did she die?

Hans Kugler, active 1930-1970?
When was he born?
When did he die?

=46ritz Schremmer, active 1930-?
When was he born?
When did he die?

Karl Daumer, working with bee vision, active in the 1950ies.

When did he die?

Thanks for any help.
