To Texas Taxacomers:
I am looking for wild populations in Texas of the Texas Gourd (Cucurbita pepo ssp. ovifera A.K.A. Cucurbita texana). These plants have fruit that looks like a goose egg, and they are often found in disturbed areas near water. The populations tend to move around from year to year, so if anyone has seen this plant this year, please contact me at <neilla at mail.bio.tamu.edu>.
