Dear Taxacom,

We are interested in comparing lakes by aqautic plant species compositions using discriminant analysis. Can anyone give me some suggestions on the best way to go for a comparison based on species and abundance? I know of twinspan but can anyone suggest additional programs. Money is a factor so if there are downloadable programs this would be helpful. TWINSPAN is available for purchase online from the UK. Are there sources to purchase from here in the US?
