insect pins etc

For those who say that insect pins are safe I have to disagree...I
have seen student help sent off for tetanus shots after sticking
themselves, which taught me to keep my mouth shut when grabing a
bandage. I guess one needle deserves another.
Reading this thread brings a smile to my face, as I nearly made the
mistake of hand carrying several hundred of my own specimens this
past Sunday. Fortunately foresight and a wild imagination stopped
me. One thing I am waiting to read in the headlines is about insane
entomologists with cyanide jars on jumbo jets.
