Two graduate research assistantships (M.S) in the Insect Genetics Laboratory,, Department of Entomology, University of
Arkansas are available starting summer 2002 to conduct studies on population
genetics, and molecular diagnostics of economically important insects.
Potential areas of research include population genetics of northern corn
rootworm, population genetics of red oak borer, and population genetics and
molecular diagnostics of Heliothis spp.
