Thank you, John.  Always a pleasure to be backed up by the Vice-Chairman of
the committee in charge of the ICBN!  I find the Code to be like the
Bible:  Everyone has very fervent beliefs about what it says (general
supporting what they are already inclined to do), but few bother to crack
it open and actually read the thing.
