The Nasobehm is a class of animals called Rhinogradentia and were invented
by Gerolf Steiner, a zoology professor, who wanted to "loosen-up" the very
stern and dry German way of teaching in those days.

He also put recipes into the text book for systematic and anatomy.  I always
enjoyed reading his book and was delighted to meet him on a zoology field
trip in 1972 at a marine station in Istria. Of course we were cooking
"fruiti di mare a la zoology" on the beach after a day of snorkeling and
