At this point, the estimate for vascular plants in Colombia (note that it
has two "o"s) is from 35,000 to 50,000.  I am more inclined to believe the
latter because large areas of the country have not been adequately
surveyed, including the majority of the Amazon, the area where the three
Andean Cordilleras meet, and the Andean foothills and their transition to
the lowlands in the Departments of Caquetá and Putumayo. Colombia is either
as rich as, or richer than, Brazil, the only other megadiverse country with
an estimated 50,000 trachaeophytes.
