The University of Kansas Biodiversity Institute seeks a junior research software developer (Programmer I) for a 1-year, grant-funded project. Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, one year object-oriented programming experience and experience in programming with relational database systems, working knowledge of odbc/jdbc/dbi/ado libraries for database access, knowledge of software object-oriented design techniques, entry level understanding of internet standards and technologies, including HTML, XML, CSS.
