[Taxacom] Happy Anniversary!

Trying to get a trace of fame on my shoulders:

I was inspired by Richard Zander's TAXACOM and especially by his FLORA ON
LINE and I started to send botanical notes to the mailing list I stole from
my friend. BEN (Botanical Electronic News) is now distributed to almost 1200
direct subscribers and it is nicely archived by Scott Russell at the
Oklahoma University web site:

Check it for the recent treatments of the genus Hieracium in the Pacific
Northwest or for the treatment of the genus Eleocharis in British Columbia.
