[Taxacom] Pacific Insects and Pacific Insects Monographs available online

Dear Neal,

Something has gone horribly wrong with the Pacific Insects Monographs  
site (http://hbs.bishopmuseum.org/pim/). As far as I can tell, all  
the links to HTML files that actually work point to issues of Pacific  
Insects, not the Monographs.
