Since writing that, I have discussed that that's what TDWG does:

   <http://lsid.tdwg.org/summary/urn:lsid:ubio.org:namebank:11815>

So if TDWG would simply add rel="tag" to all such links, thus:

        <a rel="tag" href="...

then all their pages would be "tagged" with the relevant LSIDs.
