[Taxacom] bodiversity informatica

Dear Mark & all,
from what I can make out in the showcases of biodiversity flagship projects 
(GBIF, etc.) I'd say there is an obvious and urgent need for more involvement 
of taxon experts.
Even if 'biodiversity informatics' is still an experimental field for IT 
experts, why not offer a little corner for other players in that sandbox? Taxon 
experts are those who need to take responsibility for content, aren't they? And 
TAXACOM seems to be a good forum for a more complete community.
