I was wrong, the document is searchable! My not so weak machine took more
than 5 minutes to search the 963 pages in the document, or longer than to
write this little comment below...

Scott Lyell Gardner at University of Nebraska State Museum just made me
aware of a wonderful resource at the University of Nebraska Digital Commons,
where one can get the Journal of Parasitology, and a wonderful Online
Dictionary of Invertebrate Zoology by Amrand R. Maggenti
Though the document is not a searchable pdf, you can can find the
expressions by using google and enter the expression and Maggenti, eg
"basifemur maggenti" and you you then know, the term is included in the
work. You then just have to open it and scroll down to the respective,
alphabetically ordered term.
Have a look at this! Good to have on your desktop...
