Diva-GIS (http://www.diva-gis.org) which is a free GIS and allows you to
click on a point and get climate attributes for that point.

If you load the climate layers from the Diva-GIS Web site, or the finer
Worldclim data at 1km resolution from http://www.worldclim.org/ - you
can then just click on any location and get a number of climate
attributes returned. Unfortunately, not all of the ones you are asking for.

Hope this helps

Arthur
