[Taxacom] Neotropical solitary wasp nest

It's a Eumenine vespid, but I can't tell which genus; I know that it 
is NOT Pachymenes ghilianii even though it is colored the same (I 
observed a nest of this species in Brazil some years back, and 
Pachymenes has lighter wings and a distinctly bulbous petiole).
