[Taxacom] Biological Taxonomy Vocabulary 0.1

Did not really get this one at all... It looked more like a
vocabulary for an classification hierarchy than a taxonomy.
Typification? Concepts? Synonyms? References? Or is this
overloading the notion of 'taxonomy'?
But even as a classification hierarchy it seems quite a bit deficient
for, say, botany. Did I miss something?
