Indeed. Some other Hawaiian insect examples (species only, not including
higher taxa):
Walsingham, 1907: 387 microlepidoptera, Fauna Hawaiiensis
Meyrick, 1899 (stretching back one year): 185 macrolepidoptera, also FH
Fullaway, 1920: 171 Bethylidae
Otte, 1994: 204 Orthoptera
