The identity of the person being quoted is not given, but is almost 
certainly an Obama supporter.  All mentions of racism in the current 
political battle in the U.S. have come from Obama supporters.  Since you 
have unfortunately inserted nationality into this thread, you might wish to 
investigate why Ireland did not join the U.K. and the U.S. in its battle 
against the Nazis (avowed racists) in W.W. II.
