[Taxacom] Herbarium databases with altitude information

We store elevation information IF it is on the label. We do not infer it
from the georeference data because, if one is in the mountains, a small
error can make a huge difference. This would not stop someone from
using the georeference data to obtain the elevation themselves - but it
is not part of the database. I regret to say that, at present, we are
not exporting elevation information. That will be changed.

Thanks to all that have responded so far. My interest in the matter is
not one as how the search is implemented (as stated by Paul Groff), but
merely a matter of academic curiosity brought by a friend's question on
altitudinal distribution of plant genera.
As an bioinformatics enthusiast I just wanted to know which and how many
plant databases out there had this feature, regardless of how good is
the actual data or how well this information can be used in an
ecological scenario.
Thank again to all,
