[Taxacom] Kepong Herbarium is now functioning

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce that we have moved into our new building and
facilities. We have unpacked our specimens into our shelves. This has taken
some effort but it is done. We are now fully functioning and can handle
visitors and requests of loans.
