[Taxacom] Cadetia kutubu

In zoology this name would hopefully qualify as a temporary reference (Art 1.3), and thus would be excluded from consideration by the ICZN code.
If not it wouldn't be a nomen nudum anyway as web doesn't qualify as published. 

But if it was me making the decision, I'd want to name it something else now, just to kill the connection in Google to the press release and news reports.
