[Taxacom] legal threats

I think it's logicat to treat off-list messages as effectively "off list";

if the sender has mistaken, he will observe that his message does no "pop up" on Taxacom,
and correct by himself by sending again to the list

it seems very clear that the default reply option is to the sender, not to the list,
precisely in order to avoid mistaken sending to the list instead of to the sender... not the reverse!

of course we all like answering messages...
but we (including John) should not confuse private conversation with public debate

of course, anyone can also refuse private conversation ("delete button")
... but not force public debate
