[Taxacom] Lepidotera ID help

Dear Taxacomers,

I have encountered this critter along the San Pedro River in southern Arizona, USA. Can anyone help me ID it?

It seems to prefer Veronica anagallis-aquatica though I sometimes see it on nearby plants of Rorripa nasturtium-aquaticum.
