[Taxacom] New book on species

Well, you know what they say: if you don't like it, then feel free to make liberal use of your delete button (no metaphors or analogies intended!) I would however challenge the ethics of trying to shut someone up, rather than just exercising your right to take no notice. I will certainly be exercising my right to totally diregard your opinion on this, but by all means keep sounding off if it makes you feel better ...
Have a nice day,

No recent post illustrates one of the failings of these Taxacom
discussions so well as this one, in which one of the participants admits
that he has does not want to spend time in reading the relevant
literature, but wants to put forward his admittedly uninformed opinions
on their own merits.
The exchange of uninformed opinions is a waste of bandwidth, smothers
any real discussion of relevant topics, and detracts from the potential
usefulness of a list like Taxacom.
