[Taxacom] In defense of DOIs

Yes,  & importantly, working the reverse way at CrossRef via a citation
doesn't give a DOI either (for the couple I tried).
I guess the articles aren't registered by the publisher at the moment.
Certainly we shouldn't be able to see dummy DOIs. Bad look.
