[Taxacom] The decline of Botany in the UK hits the national papers

A recent issue of our broadsheet daily paper the Telegraph has an
interesting article on the decline of British botany by Professor Steve
Jones.  Not strictly taxonomy but there is a familiar sound to the
story.
