[Taxacom] IPBES: a new challenge (not for cynics)

Well, this might be a starting point, but why not have this body paying 
for some online subscriptions!!


In any case, another chance taxonomists cannot miss!!! If are not 
visible on that level (with systematic societies, museum organisations, 
GBIF EOL and what not) ... oh dear!!
