hardly surprising ... though note that the new genus and species names probably 
are available names (assuming Calodema is printed correctly as hard copy - 
though we may never know for sure ...)

oh well, it is a good opportunity for someone to publish the synonymy ...

type genus! As it is not formed from the stem of an available generic name, it

Well, I just got a note from Norm Platnick that this thing isn't a new family, 
not even a new genus.
