      The Department of Biological Sciences is looking for a botanist, 
do you know anyone that you would recommend that is interested in 
applying at this late date?

Job description:
Minimum Qualifications   PhD in the Biological Sciences, Botany, or 
related discipline from a regionally accredited institution or 
equivalent accreditation with specific experience and research in 
Plant Systematics. ABD will be considered if degree is conferred by 
August 7, 2012. If successful candidate is ABD, appointment will be 
made at a Lecturer level on a fixed contract. 
Preferred Qualifications         Teaching and post-doctoral 
experience. The successful candidate should be proficient in the 
field identification of plants and competent in the use of modern 
techniques in the study of plant relationships and evolutionary and 
systematic issues.  

It closes on December 1, 2011.
