[Taxacom] labeling redescriptions properly

It really is an awkward abbreviation, non unique, somewhat opaque to the
public, implemented rather casually originally, and what does it add? If
you had used 'sensu' or  'source', the latter the apparently equivalent
term according to Franz & Peet table 5, the meaning would be more obvious,
at price of 1 or 2 more characters.

If you want to be really brief and meaningful and much less arcane then
try inserting the simple English word 'by'.  It's half the number of
characters, thus millions of bytes will be saved in databases.

Andropogon virginicus Linnaeus by Campbell (1983).

Andropogon virginicus var. abbreviatus by Godfrey & Wooten (1979) includes
(>) Andropogon glomeratus var. glomeratus by Weakley (2006).
