[Taxacom] Kickstarter for Taxonomy

This is a question for the International Trust for Zoological Nomenclature which governs the finances of the ICZN http://iczn.org/content/international-trust-zoological-nomenclature . The ITZN is a UK registered charity, hence regulated as such. Commissioners are not generally members of the Trust and not involved in any financial affairs. We are volunteers. I am not part of the charity and do not speak for the charity. I do not have the data, but I lived in London for long enough that I can say with confidence that the expenses of the ICZN are low for a London-based organization.

Frank,

This is not an answer to Stuart's question, just a redirection. Any time a broke charity answers questions with "Be assured" rather than "Here are the data" it is worrying. Back to Stuart's question:

> Are the finances open for inspection, how and where have they been
> audited/revised? Or re-optimised?

Mike
