[Taxacom] Ugandan stamp plant identification mystery.

Anyone know the back story to this? Why would Uganda produce a postage
stamp featuring a plant native to the highlands of SE Australia?
Could it be based on a misidentification (species of Wahlenbergia do
occur in southern Africa)?
