[Taxacom] Literature request

Come on guys do you really understand the situation here? Luis is probably working under conditions you would find extremely difficult, perhaps intolerable, especially access to literature. I suspect his salary is probably not more than 10-15% of that which you all receive. To buy a book such as this might cost him 25% of his monthly salary. Further to this, if he worked in a place where he had access to such literature he would definitely be legally allowed to copy the pages of the book that he requires. 

Yes, I am against theft too, but copying a small number of pages from a book is not theft, it is legally allowed under copyright laws in most countries.
