[Taxacom] InBio collections Costa Rica

The INBio collections were transferred legally to the Museo Nacional de Costa Rica (Ministerio de Cultura), but not physically moved.  Their usage, access, management, etc. are currently in a state of flux.  Ask the same question of me in September, if you like.
