[Taxacom] InBio collections Costa Rica

Thank you Dan and José for the status of the INBio collections. If the
official repository is Museo Nacional de Costa Rica then I presume that
this should be given as the address for any specimens referred to in a
forthcoming paper (specimens originally loaned from INBio). However, an
ancillary question is who is to be contacted regarding return of these
specimens? Any information on that would be helpful.
