The BOTANICAL SOCIETY OF WASHINGTON was formed in 1901 by a union of the
Botanical Seminar and the Washington Botanical Club. Did you contact the
present secretary of the BOTANICAL SOCIETY OF WASHINGTON? The secretary
should still have the minutes of the 1891 meeting of the Washington
Botanical Club.
