[Taxacom] Mongolian locality

the Stubbes were doing Mongolian research for many decades and are
associated with the Martin-Luther-University in Halle (Saale) - Germany.
I think they are still associated researchers at the ZNS (Zentralmagazin
naturwissenschaftlicher Sammlungen) where I suppose most of their material
is housed.
