[Taxacom] Filling the world with biodiversity data errors

Having some means of feedback to correct errors is a critical feature to
improve data quality, but many databases lack that, or at best require a
lot of hunting, often to only get "it's someone else's problem" type of
responses.  Homonyms remain a major problem, e.g.
https://www.discoverlife.org/mp/20q?search=Cimidae&mobile=1  where the
system doesn't know the difference between lichens and gastropods.
