[Taxacom] Please-can anyone send me publication information for these two names?

        Sorry, I didn't know that you meant the authors of the current name combinations.  The first usage of Lupulella mesomelas appears to come from a 2017 paper (see weblink below).  They don't seem to have mentioned the subspecies schmidti (just the species).
