[Taxacom] A nomen nudum in Bombus

Sad when a reputable peer-reviewed journal can't even follow the ICZN
Code. Indeed, this name fails on multiple Code requirements. I presume
there was no disclaimer in the paper that the proposed name does not
form part of the scientific record, which would enable them to use the
name without it even being treated as a nomen nudum. Perhaps that was
the idea behind the use of the word "provisional".

Adam.
